RV PARK RATES
Monthly rates start at $650
We require a deposit from all Daily and Weekly RV site renters which varies by length of stay. (Minimum deposit is $50) Daily and Weekly RV site renters may use our dry storage for boats or toys for free but must register with office in advance.
All RV site hold funds are non-refundable. Management, in its sole discretion may choose to refund a portion of your deposit or site hold funds. Thank you for your understanding - we have held that site for you and turned away other customers.
May not stack or combine promotions and/or discounts - one per site is allowed. All rates are based on a party of two. Rates are subject to change. No refunds for cancellations or early departures. Unused monies are non-transferable. Site selection is ultimately up to management and other reservations, but we will do our best to put you in your first choice site!

AVAILABLE PROMOTIONS:
First Responders: (Police Officers, Firemen, EMT's, etc) receive $10 off 2 nights or longer.
Military: Freedom isn’t free and we thank you for your service. Discount of 10% with a military ID, applicable to nightly only. Best rate in the house right here!
Long-Term Stays: If you are interested in staying with us long-term, you may qualify for our Length of Stay program. Plan to come on a monthly basis to start as the program doesn’t begin until we have both gotten to know each other and you have gotten on board with a couple of our key requirements - including but not limited to paying on our monthly schedule and passing a back ground check. Please inquire with office for further details.
